Night-lit cactus garden with glowing torches and amber landscape lighting

When the sun drops, the lanterns glow

Cactus garden glowing under landscape lights at night with the pool shimmering beyond

The hillside gardens twinkle with amber landscape lighting, torches flicker over the cactus beds, and the fire-pit nook under the oaks turns golden. Night exteriors, evening shoots, and magic-hour transitions all live here.

Sunset over the Mulholland Scenic Corridor is the daily main event, and the property faces it head on, setting the stage for any gathering that runs into dusk.

Or let the gardens become the canvas

Custom projection mapping and lighting packages are available through The Scan Truck LLC, the VFX studio that lives on the property. Steps, boulders, and banana leaves painted in light, tuned to your event.

Curated gatherings

From sunrise wellness sessions to golden-hour cocktails, the estate hosts gatherings at any hour: small, intentional, and produced. Every event has a run-of-show, a host, and insurance.

Brand activations

Eight distinct backdrops for launches, content days, and press moments.

Wellness retreats

Sound baths, biohacking, watsu, the meditation suite, and garden paths, all in total canyon quiet for small groups.

Weddings, baby showers & bat mitzvahs

Milestone celebrations with canyon views, golden light, and room to gather.

Tea ceremonies & daytime salons

Intimate, slow-format gatherings in the gardens or the great room.

Influencer & content events

A property built to be photographed. Every corner is a set.

Sunset cocktail gatherings

Golden hour over the canyon, drinks on the spa deck, lanterns at dusk.

If your gathering has a producer’s touch, we should talk. If it’s a rager, we’re not your venue.

Answers before you ask

What is the booking minimum?

Four hours. Most productions book a full day; multi-day bookings get custom quotes, just ask.

Do I need insurance?

Yes. All bookings require a certificate of insurance (COI) naming the property owner as additional insured. Standard production insurance or one-day event policies both work, and most crews already carry this.

How many people can the property hold?

Production crews up to 100+, and events up to 150 guests with shuttle logistics, with seating for 60. Larger crews typically basecamp at King Gillette Ranch (7 minutes away) and shuttle in.

Where does everyone park?

A launch pad out front holds 3 large production trucks, with room for an additional 20 cars on-site if needed. An overflow lot a sixteenth of a mile down the road fits 40 cars, and King Gillette Ranch (7 minutes) adds unlimited parking for big rigs, cast, crew, and shuttles.

Can we fly drones?

Yes. The elevated promontory and canyon sightlines are made for aerials. Licensed drone operators with standard FAA clearance are welcome.

What spaces are included?

The full property: pool and spa decks, great room, chef’s kitchen and dining, bedrooms, the detached studio, gazebo, and gardens. If a space matters to your shoot, it’s almost certainly available.

Are there quiet hours?

The property is available around the clock, and overnight and golden-hour shoots are welcome. The canyon stays quiet and private; we just ask that amplified sound winds down late in the evening.

Can we host a party here?

DreamsAwake hosts professional productions and curated gatherings: brand activations, launch events, retreats, and content days. If your gathering has a run-of-show, a host, and insurance, we should talk.

What kinds of events work best?

Brand activations, wellness retreats, weddings, baby showers, bat mitzvahs, tea ceremonies, influencer content events, and sunset cocktail gatherings: intentional formats with a producer’s touch. Up to 150 guests with shuttle logistics, 60 seated.

I’m a location scout. Do you pay referral fees?

Yes. Referral fees are paid on every booking you bring. Site visits are by appointment and tech specs are available on request. Choose “Location Scout Inquiry” in the form and we’ll set it up.
