Curated gatherings, not parties

From sunrise wellness sessions to golden-hour cocktails, the estate hosts gatherings at any hour: small, intentional, and produced. Every event has a run-of-show, a host, and insurance.

Answers before you ask

What is the booking minimum?

Four hours. Most productions book a full day; multi-day bookings get custom quotes, just ask.

Do I need insurance?

Yes. All bookings require a certificate of insurance (COI) naming the property owner as additional insured. Standard production insurance or one-day event policies both work, and most crews already carry this.

How many people can the property hold?

Up to 100 attendees for productions and standing events, with seating for 60. Larger crews typically basecamp at King Gillette Ranch (7 minutes away) and shuttle in.

Where does everyone park?

The long private driveway holds production trucks and runner cars on-site. An overflow carve-out an eighth of a mile down the road fits about 40 cars, and King Gillette Ranch handles 40-footers and 100+ crew with a short shuttle.

Can we fly drones?

Yes. The elevated promontory and canyon sightlines are made for aerials. Licensed drone operators with standard FAA clearance are welcome.

What spaces are included?

The full property: pool and spa decks, great room, chef’s kitchen and dining, lounge and meditation suite, bedrooms, gazebo, gardens, and the detached studio. If a space matters to your shoot, it’s almost certainly available.

Are there quiet hours?

The property is available around the clock, and overnight and golden-hour shoots are welcome. The canyon stays quiet and private; we just ask that amplified sound winds down late in the evening.

Can we host a party here?

Dreams Awake hosts professional productions and curated, production-style events, not parties. If your gathering has a run-of-show, a host, and insurance, we should talk.

What kinds of events work best?

Sunset cocktail gatherings, wellness retreats, brand activations, tea ceremonies, and influencer content events: small, intentional formats with a producer’s touch. Up to 100 standing, 60 seated.

I’m a location scout. Do you pay referral fees?

Yes. Referral fees are paid on every booking you bring. Site visits are by appointment and tech specs are available on request. Choose “Location Scout Inquiry” in the form and we’ll set it up.
