What we collect

When you send a booking inquiry, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone and company if provided, booking type, dates, headcount, and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and manage bookings.

We also collect basic, first-party usage analytics: which pages and sections are viewed, button clicks, and a random session identifier stored in your browser for the duration of your visit. This is not tied to your name or any account, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects privacy-friendly, aggregated traffic analytics.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for anything beyond responding to you and improving this site.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are kept while they are relevant to an active or potential booking. To request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email bookings@dreamsawake.co and we will take care of it.
